These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the SalonPipe website and services. By accessing or using SalonPipe, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

“Platform” means the SalonPipe website and associated services.

“User” means any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.

“Advertiser” means a User who publishes a listing on the Platform.

“Paid Features” means optional paid services that enhance advert visibility.

2. Platform Role

SalonPipe operates solely as an online advertising platform. SalonPipe does not:

• Provide, supply, or perform the services or products advertised;

• Verify, endorse, or approve users, listings, or advertised services;

• Act as an agent, broker, or intermediary in transactions between users.

All interactions, arrangements, and agreements between users occur strictly at their own risk.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

Users must be at least 18 years of age to register an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity conducted under their account.

4. Permitted Listing Categories

The Platform permits Users to publish advertisements in the following non-exhaustive categories:

(a) Sale of salon businesses;

(b) Franchise opportunities;

(c) Models required for demonstrations, training, content creation, or practice purposes;

(d) Rental of salon premises, rooms, or sections;

(e) Rental of training or teaching spaces;

(f) Promotion of beauty courses or training services;

(g) Sale of pre-owned beauty-related equipment or items;

(h) Employment and job opportunity listings.

SalonPipe does not verify, approve, or endorse any listing within these categories.

5. Advertisements and Content

Users are solely responsible for all content they upload. Users must ensure that:

• They have the legal right to use all submitted content;

• Listings are accurate, lawful, and not misleading;

• Content does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law.

6. Content Licence

By submitting content, users grant SalonPipe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and promote such content in connection with the operation and marketing of the Platform.

7. No Verification or Due Diligence

SalonPipe does not conduct due diligence, background checks, financial verification, employment checks, or regulatory assessments in relation to any listing, including but not limited to business sales, franchise opportunities, employment listings, or training services. Users must independently verify all information and assess any associated risks.

8. Category-Specific Disclaimers

Models Wanted / Training Activities:

Listings seeking models for training, demonstrations, content creation, or practice purposes are published at the sole responsibility of the advertiser. SalonPipe does not assess the qualifications, safety practices, insurance coverage, or suitability of any advertiser or activity. Participation in any such activity is entirely at the user’s own risk.

Pre-Owned Items / Marketplace:

Where listings relate to the sale of pre-owned or second-hand items, SalonPipe acts solely as a platform provider and is not a party to any transaction. SalonPipe makes no representations regarding condition, safety, compliance, or suitability of any item advertised.

Job Listings:

SalonPipe is not an employment agency, recruiter, or intermediary. Job listings are provided by third parties, and SalonPipe has no involvement in recruitment processes, employment decisions, or contractual relationships.

Business Sales, Franchises, Courses:

SalonPipe makes no guarantees regarding financial performance, profitability, suitability, or outcomes of any opportunity advertised on the Platform.

9. Moderation and Removal

SalonPipe reserves the unrestricted right to remove, edit, suspend, or refuse any listing or account at its sole discretion, without notice, where content breaches these Terms or is deemed inappropriate or unlawful.

10. Paid Features and Payments

Advertisements may be posted free of charge. Users may optionally purchase Paid Features to increase advert visibility.

Payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal. All fees are non-refundable, and no guarantee is given regarding advert performance, visibility, or outcomes.

11. Messaging and User Conduct

The Platform provides a messaging facility for user convenience only. SalonPipe does not monitor communications continuously and accepts no liability for disputes, harm, or losses arising from user interactions.

Harassment, abuse, spam, or misuse of the messaging system is strictly prohibited.

12. User-to-User Transactions

Any agreement, transaction, or arrangement arising from a listing is strictly between the relevant users. SalonPipe is not a party to any contract and accepts no liability arising from such arrangements.

13. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform (excluding user content) belong to SalonPipe or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, or exploit Platform content without permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SalonPipe excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business;

• Personal injury or property damage arising from user interactions;

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

15. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless SalonPipe against all claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising from their use of the Platform, content submissions, or breach of these Terms.

16. Termination

SalonPipe may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time without liability.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
